About The Position
HuHot Mongolian Grill Assistant General Manager Walk-In AGM Interview being held at Fargo Huhot on June 22, 2026, from 10:30 am - 6 pm. $22-$24.50/hr or more, depending on experience; PLUS generous monthly bonus program AND Great FT benefits - health, dental, and vision insurance offered! Requirements
- Proven work experience as a restaurant assistant manager or similar role
- Experience with inventory and helping to control spending
- Displays stress management skills
- Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff
- Great attitude and customer-oriented personality
- Possesses POS and MS Office computer skills
- Likes to have fun at work
- Has passion and pride in what you do
Responsibilities
- Work with the General Manager to oversee daily business operations
- Deliver superior food and service, and maximize customer service
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Assist in developing employees by providing ongoing feedback and establishing performance expectations
- Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods and products
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Manage the restaurant’s great image and suggest ways to improve it
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Completes accident reports promptly if a guest or employee is injured
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances
- Responsible for ensuring a consistent high quality of food preparation and service
- Estimate food needs, place orders with distributors, and schedule the delivery of fresh food and supplies
