Requirements

• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Mastery of the sales, customer service, and administrative skills required in the Member Service Representative position.
• CPR/AED Certification
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with all types of people

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
• 1-3 years experience in sales and management

Responsibilities

• Give tours and sell gym memberships and personal training
• Complete reports and assist in scheduling and promotions
• Serve as “manager on duty” for customer service needs
• Lead sales trainings and assist in team meetings and employee coaching
