About The Position
The Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager in maximizing café/restaurant operations and profitability by providing service excellence through the management and development of the café/restaurant team. The role ensures successful execution of Company standards and supports the General Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring Company expectations are met and exceeded.
