About The Position

Dairy Queen in Peosta, IA is looking for a positive, energetic leader to join our team as a Full-Time or Part-Time Assistant General Manager. In this position, you'll help manage daily restaurant operations, support your team, and make sure every customer receives friendly, efficient service. Work schedules will vary based on business needs. Typical shifts are approximately 11:00 am–7:00 pm or 2:00 pm–10:00/11:00 pm. As Assistant General Manager, you'll play an important role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly. You'll lead and support team members while helping create a welcoming experience for every guest. Your responsibilities may include maintaining restaurant records, assisting with food preparation, completing ice cream orders, and helping oversee daily operations. You'll also train and coach employees, helping them develop strong customer service skills and understand effective workplace practices.
