Requirements

Passion for fitness and helping others.
Mastery of the sales, customer service, and administrative skills required in the Member Service Representative position.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field, and 1-3 years experience in sales and management.
Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with all types of people.

Responsibilities

Serve as the captain of the team, setting the bar for sales and customer service.
Assist the General Manager in achieving club-wide goals.
Gain critical leadership experience and develop management potential.
Give tours and sell gym memberships and personal training.
Complete reports and assist in scheduling and promotions.
Serve as “manager on duty” for customer service needs.
Lead sales trainings and assist in team meetings and employee coaching.
