What This Role Is All About As an Assistant General Manager, you are a key leader within the store. You support the General Manager in running daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring the store performs at a high level. Requirements

  • Previous management or leadership experience required.
  • Strong operational and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and drive results.
  • Comfortable enforcing policies and maintaining compliance.
  • Meets all state requirements to work in a dispensary.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the Team: Support hiring, onboarding, and training of team members, Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support, Help create a positive and accountable team environment
  • Driving Store Performance: Support and track KPIs such as AOV, UPT, and sales goals. Help drive sales through coaching and floor leadership. Identify opportunities to improve store performance.
  • Managing Daily Operations: Support scheduling, staffing, and daily coverage needs, Ensure smooth day to day operations of the store, Step in as Manager on Duty when needed
  • Maintaining Compliance and Inventory: Ensure all compliance processes are followed consistently. Support inventory counts, audits, and accuracy. Maintain an audit ready environment at all times.
  • Partnering with Leadership: Work closely with the General Manager on store strategy. Communicate issues, trends, and opportunities. Support execution of company initiatives and goals.

  • Base Pay $49,000 Salary Approximately 40 hours per week
  • Bonus potential up to $4,800 per year
