About The Position
TBonz Management Company is now hiring an Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team of one of our flagship restaurants. As part of a passionate and growing hospitality group, you’ll play a key role in daily operations and team development while delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management (preferably high-volume)
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Familiarity with financials, inventory, and scheduling tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Genuine passion for hospitality
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
- Partner with front and back-of-house teams to maintain service excellence
- Lead by example, coaching staff and nurturing growth
- Contribute to cost control and financial performance strategies
- Collaborate on team goals and execute action plans
- Assist in scheduling, inventory oversight, and team communication
- Deliver memorable guest experiences with enthusiasm and energy
- Embrace teamwork and participate in staff meetings and culture-building activities
