About The Position

Come Live Life Larger with Megaplex! We're looking for a future manager to join the Megaplex crew. Megaplex offers a workplace that's more than just movies – it's a full-blown entertainment experience. It's fun, rewarding, and exciting, with 18 locations and more on the way. As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be at the heart of it all, ensuring our guests and team have a larger-than-life experience. You'll oversee operations, ensure top-notch service, and bring group events to life. This includes staffing and team management, handling finances, and ensuring every show is picture-perfect. You'll work with a team to create a magical atmosphere for guests and employees.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in theatre management and/or guest service.
• Exceptional guest service, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication & organization skills.
• Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of AV equipment and POS systems.
• The ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
• A passion for teaching and developing your team.
• The ability to handle high levels of stress (it's a fast-paced environment!).
• Physical stamina (think walking, standing, and twisting).
• Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (we’re open 365 days a year, and the show goes on!).

Responsibilities

• Being the face of Megaplex, always ready to deliver quality guest service.
• Overseeing all the action in the Megaplex.
• Keeping things clean and safe for everyone.
• Making sure our inventory is on point.
• Planning, forecasting, and tracking sales like a pro.
• Staying savvy with digital cinema software.
• Tackling any projection issues that come up.
• Ensuring our building and public areas sparkle.
• Leading and developing our awesome team.
• Acting as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• And other duties as assigned.
