The Assistant General Manager (AGM) has a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the General Manager with driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a world-class member experience. You will help lead and coach the team to ensure the gym hits its targets and maintains the high standards of the UFC GYM brand. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace).
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift between 50–120 lbs.
  • Current CPR/AED certification required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising front-line staff and department leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing development of new team members to ensure they meet brand expectations.
  • Act as a role model for the "Train Different" philosophy, fostering an energetic and welcoming environment.
  • Assist in managing the guest pipeline, including lead generation, outreach, and touring prospective members.
  • Help the team reach monthly membership and private coaching targets.
  • Execute in-club events and community outreach to drive awareness and new member sign-ups.
  • Proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction and address concerns before they escalate.
  • Conduct regular "walk-throughs" to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and fully functional.
  • Assist the GM with scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with all company policies.
