The Assistant General Manager (AGM) has a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the General Manager with driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a world-class member experience. You will help lead and coach the team to ensure the gym hits its targets and maintains the high standards of the UFC GYM brand. Requirements

1–3 years of sales experience
At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace).
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift between 50–120 lbs.
Current CPR/AED certification required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
A nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist in supervising front-line staff and department leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support the onboarding and ongoing development of new team members to ensure they meet brand expectations.
Act as a role model for the "Train Different" philosophy, fostering an energetic and welcoming environment.
Assist in managing the guest pipeline, including lead generation, outreach, and touring prospective members.
Help the team reach monthly membership and private coaching targets.
Execute in-club events and community outreach to drive awareness and new member sign-ups.
Proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction and address concerns before they escalate.
Conduct regular "walk-throughs" to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and fully functional.
Assist the GM with scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with all company policies.
