The space includes a full bar, indoor and outdoor seating, a private VIP room, and a training and event center for up to 120 guests. BoujieMana serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner using high-quality ingredients at a higher-end price point while remaining accessible. With strong evening and weekend traffic and convenient parking, BoujieMana operates as both a neighborhood destination and an event-driven hospitality space. We are looking for a hands-on, hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, lead the team on the floor, and help create a polished, memorable experience for every guest. This person will work closely with the Front of House Manager, Private Events Manager, Executive Chef, and ownership to uphold service standards, support team accountability, manage labor and scheduling, assist with events, and ensure the restaurant operates with consistency, care, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, solutions-oriented, and passionate about both people and process. They should be comfortable leading pre-shift meetings, supporting service in real time, coaching team members, managing restaurant systems, reviewing daily reports, controlling labor, and helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and the overall guest experience.
