About The Position

Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join the opening team at Hundredfold Atlanta, an exciting new restaurant concept from acclaimed celebrity chef Tim Hollingsworth. Opening in Atlanta, Georgia, Hundredfold will deliver a memorable dining experience centered on exceptional cuisine, genuine hospitality, and meaningful guest connections. As Assistant General Manager, you will play a key leadership role in launching this highly anticipated restaurant, helping to build, train, and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding service. This position is ideal for a hospitality-focused leader who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences, developing team members, and fostering a culture of warmth, engagement, and operational excellence. You will oversee daily operations, manage financial performance, and ensure every guest receives the highest level of hospitality while maintaining the standards of a chef-driven dining destination.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years’ management experience in a restaurant of similar style, capacity, and volume
  • Entrepreneurial skills and skills in financial management and budgeting
  • Ability to coach and mentor a diverse workforce, working independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational and time management skills, as well as written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Microsoft Office; Excel and Word

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management, business or related field, or Certified Hotel Administrator or equivalent experience preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the General Manager to lead, train, and develop the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest service and hospitality while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Oversee daily service standards, team performance, and execution to ensure compliance with budgets, policies, procedures, and quality expectations, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
  • Ensure all Health Department regulations are being adhered to and the restaurant is clean, sanitized, and safe for team members and guests.
  • Collaborate with leaders to maximize sales potential and profitability, including promotions, guest satisfaction, monitoring product, labor costs, and reviewing financial information.
  • Assist with scheduling employees, oversee bar inventory and ordering.
  • Build rapport with restaurant guests and ensure an enjoyable and memorable experience.
