This role is an outstanding opportunity to help launch an exciting new restaurant concept at a premier luxury property.

Requirements

4+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment.
Superb leadership abilities.
Business acumen.

A passion for providing exceptional hospitality.
An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing the overall concept, vision and direction for the restaurant, including the food and beverage program, service style and standards, entertainment options, ambiance and décor.
Collaborate on creating menus, wine lists, and other offerings that align with the restaurant's upscale positioning.
Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, quality and consistency of food and service, inventory controls, and financial performance.
Oversee guest reservations, seating arrangements, and private events/banquet functions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Foster positive relations with restaurant members, hotel guests, vendors, and staff.
Provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams.
