Hotel Assistant General Manager
About The Position
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Homewood Suites in St. Louis Park, MN, is a full-time position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across all departments, including the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. The role involves providing friendly and energetic guest interactions, assisting in hiring, training, developing, and leading the team to achieve budgeted revenues and profitability. The AGM must communicate clear expectations to associates and resolve guest complaints promptly, demonstrating the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- Approx. 10am-7pm shifts
- AM/PM/and overnight flexibility on weekends
- Sunday afternoon/evening availability preferred
- Typically 4 week days and 1 weekend day schedule
- Pay based on experience
