The AGM manages DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installs, and ensures high standards of customer service, including prompt handling of complaints. Manager on duty responsibilities include coaching, managing the sales floor and phone, assigning and completing tasks, ensuring safety, and performing opening/closing duties.
