The shift is TBD and hours are subject to change based on business needs.

Requirements

GED/Diploma required.
A minimum of 8 years management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience.
Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills.
Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team.
Strong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred.
Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the units and team members within the facility.
Oversee the operations, as well as any satellite projects, as necessary.
Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services.
Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers.
Responsible for maintaining engineered staffing levels for all positions, including coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions.
Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with vendors and Independent contractors for accountability to the operating agreement.
