Village Whiskey features a comprehensive selection of over 200 whiskeys and is known for its acclaimed burger. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years operations management experience.
- Superior leadership, management and analytical skills with a proven ability to deliver exceptional operational performance.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Responsibilities
- Lead Village Whiskey's operations and support the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Foster employee engagement and drive financial success.
- Ensure operational excellence through effective supervision of daily activities.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of both management and hourly team members.
- Maintain strict compliance with company standards.
- Assist in achieving performance goals.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall restaurant performance.
- Help run a Training Week at a New Restaurant Opening.
- Hire and schedule new employees for New Restaurant Opening.
