Responsibilities

Act as the primary partner to the GM, handling high-level administrative tasks and ensuring daily operations align with the club’s vision.
Lead the charge on staff scheduling and resource management to keep the club humming.
From concept to "boots on the ground" execution, you’ll help manage memorable member events and ranch activities.
Serve as the central hub for communication between staff, management, and ownership.
You are the face of the club for our members. You’ll celebrate their wins and use your cool-headed expertise to de-escalate conflicts and solve problems with grace.
