About The Position

United Defense Tactical is a leading firearms training facility dedicated to empowering civilians with the skills and knowledge to effectively defend themselves in real-world scenarios. Our state-of-the-art facility offers comprehensive training programs, cutting-edge equipment, and a commitment to excellence in customer service. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency. This role involves supporting the training and development of staff, fostering a positive work environment, upholding a commitment to outstanding customer service, and overseeing operational aspects such as inventory and schedules.

Requirements

2+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in a class-based member services industry.
Proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle challenges effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and varying work schedules.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance, and generate regular reports on sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and other relevant data.
Motivate and support sales team members to achieve their targets, help them overcome objections and close deals effectively, and manage the sales pipeline to track leads and opportunities.
Schedule workshops, seminars, and other events for all departments coordinate schedules with ClubReady, and process time off and sick forms.
Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency.
Support the training and development of staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service, addressing client needs with care and professionalism.
Oversee inventory, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies.
