About The Position
As a Dunkin’ Assistant General Manager, you’ll help oversee daily operations, support the team, and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coach, train, and develop a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred
Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and overall store performance
- Lead, coach, and develop team members and Shift Leads
- Ensure excellent customer service and positive guest experience
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Monitor store performance and assist in achieving sales and operational goals
