Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment.
  • Minimum 5 years leading a food & beverage team.
  • Expert in food & beverage operations.
  • Strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
  • Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Nice To Haves

  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
  • Service-minded rockstar.
  • Passion for food & beverage.
