Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment.
- Minimum 5 years leading a food & beverage team.
- Expert in food & beverage operations.
- Strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
Nice To Haves
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
