Requirements

3+ years of Restaurant Manager experience
Experience in upscale-casual, polished casual, or chef-driven restaurant concepts
Proven success managing high-volume operations
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and profitability
Experience hiring and developing management-level talent
Good financial acumen with knowledge of P&L management
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Responsibilities

Help lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
Create an exceptional guest experience that drives loyalty and positive word-of-mouth
Assist the GM in managing labor, food cost, beverage cost, and overall financial performance
Establish and maintain service standards that reflect an upscale-casual dining experience
Assist in scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations
Partner with ownership to execute business objectives and growth initiatives
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality excellence
