About The Position

The Assistant General Manager (AGM), Fulfillment Center is a key leader responsible for driving end-to-end execution of eCommerce order fulfillment operations within the Las Vegas facility. This role ensures that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped with speed, accuracy, and quality, delivering a best-in-class fan experience. Reporting to the General Manager, the AGM oversees high-volume, direct-to-consumer operations, leads large teams across multiple shifts, and drives continuous improvement in productivity, cost, and service levels. This leader plays a critical role in peak execution, scalability, and the implementation of process and technology enhancements to support Fanatics’ rapid growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in fulfillment, distribution, or warehouse operations, preferably in eCommerce environments
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing managers/supervisors in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer fulfillment operations and customer delivery expectations
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), order management systems (OMS), and labor management tools
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements in speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency
  • Experience leading large, hourly workforces across multiple shifts (300+ employees preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily fulfillment operations across outbound functions, including picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing
  • Ensure consistent achievement of KPIs such as order cycle time, on-time shipment, order accuracy, and units per hour
  • Drive a customer-first mindset, ensuring high-quality execution that meets or exceeds eCommerce service expectations
  • Partner with the General Manager to execute operational strategies, capacity planning, and network alignment initiatives
  • Oversee labor planning and workforce management, including scheduling, productivity tracking, and peak season staffing
  • Champion a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards across all shifts
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and supervisors; build leadership capability and succession pipelines
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify performance gaps, root causes, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with Transportation, Customer Service, IT, and Engineering teams to improve speed and reliability of fulfillment
  • Support implementation of automation, WMS enhancements, and new technologies to scale operations
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and drive standardization and best practice sharing across shifts and teams
  • Play a key leadership role in peak planning and execution, ensuring operational readiness and resilience during high-volume periods
