About The Position
Fyre Ants Dispensary Easthampton is looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our team! We invite you to review the position details below and apply if your qualifications are a match. The Assistant Manager focuses on staff and customer service, supporting the General Manager with daily dispensary operations, including inventory, compliance, and team leadership.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a Massachusetts Cannabis Agent Registration Badge (including passing the state-mandated background check).
- General knowledge of cannabis products, accessories, and local industry trends.
- Proven ability to manage a team in a highly regulated, fast-paced retail or sales environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word/Excel) and point-of-sale systems (Greenbits/Metrc preferred).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, high level of integrity, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Full flexibility to work opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Industry experience with Dutchie, Metrc, or Weedmaps is highly preferred.
