We’re hiring an Assistant General Manager at our rental facility in Fort Worth, TX, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

Requirements

  • Experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of operations and business management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to bring energy, effort, and optimism to work.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Some roles require passing a drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the construction or equipment rental industry.
  • Familiarity with technology platforms relevant to the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the rental facility.
  • Drive business growth and achieve branch targets.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee inventory management and equipment maintenance.
  • Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and develop branch staff.
  • Participate in on-call scheduling.
