Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily operations, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, service delivery, and compliance with brand and company standards
• Oversee multiple departments across Hotel Operations and Property Operations
• Monitor guest service delivery, respond to satisfaction trends, and implement improvements that enhance the overall guest experience
• Partner with the General Manager to identify efficiency gaps and assist in developing and implementing improvement strategies
• Assume full operational leadership responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager
• Recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
