Requirements

Salaried QSR or casual restaurant experience.
A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability.
Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls.
Techniques in strategic planning and driving sales.
Excellent customer service standards.
Valid driver's license and vehicle.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, especially nights, weekends, and holidays.
Proven reliability and high personal integrity.

Fryer experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Managing day to day operations- Controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
Plans and ensures the professional growth & development of the management team and crew members.
Works with general manager to meet and exceed store goals.
Maintains an exceptional level of customer service.
Knows and manages compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and ensure the restaurant is completing regular safety / cleaning / operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspections.
