About The Position

Dogtopia is looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead its daycare, boarding, and spa operations. The AGM will partner with the General Manager to coach and develop team members, support sales growth, ensure operational excellence, and create the Best Day Ever for every dog and pet parent. Dogtopia's purpose is to enhance the joy of dog parenthood by providing a clean, safe, and engaging environment where dogs can socialize, exercise, and learn. The company is also a proud supporter of the Dogtopia Foundation, which contributes to service dogs for veterans, youth literacy programs, and employment initiatives for adults with autism.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and holiday availability as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pet care, hospitality, retail, fitness, childcare, or other service-based businesses
• Sales leadership experience
• Multi-unit or high-volume operational experience
