Requirements
- Previous experience in a management role within a full-service restaurant or upscale dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the guest experience by fostering a welcoming and upscale dining atmosphere.
- Work alongside the General Manager to lead and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Assist in daily operations, including staff training, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Promote and maintain our impressive cocktail and wine offerings, engaging guests and enhancing their dining experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits and loyalty.
