About The Position

This role involves ensuring a culture of positivity and accountability, executing operational excellence in food service and guest experience, supporting all operational, administrative, and facilities tasks for the restaurant and bar, and providing leadership and direction to a team of people and business operations. The Assistant General Manager will also be responsible for hiring, training, and developing employees, and ensuring knowledge of critical quality control points for menu items through expo and timely delivery of food. The ability to handle sensitive, confidential information discreetly and professionally is also required.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in food and beverage required
• Six months of supervisor / management level experience required
• Upscale concept experience preferred
• Passion for guest service
• Valid Food Handlers Card and Beverage Permit (MAST Certification) required.
