Requirements

  • Genuine passion for making people feel welcome
  • Computer savvy, math-competent, and a natural problem-solver
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays (shifts range from 5am to 9pm)
  • Ready to be on your feet and can lift at least 25 pounds when the team needs a hand

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar key role
  • ServSafe Certification

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key employee delivering on our Team Values (Be Reliable, Lead by Example, Be Personable, Have Integrity, Never Settle)
  • Execute and oversee activities across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations
  • Train, evaluate, and motivate team members to perform at an elite level
  • Ensure consistent coverage and serve as the primary liaison between the team and the Regional Manager
  • Conduct routine "Gold Standard" inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and everything in between.
