About The Position

We are a global leader in the QSR industry, and we are looking for a high-energy Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our Gainesville operations. In a town that runs on Gator pride and fast-paced energy, we need an AGM who can support the General Manager in running a multi-million dollar business. This is the perfect role for a Shift Lead or Assistant Manager ready to take the next step toward becoming a GM.
As the Assistant General Manager, you are the "Co-Pilot" of the restaurant. You'll be responsible for driving daily operations and ensuring the team hits their targets.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of management experience in a high-volume QSR or Fast-Casual environment (Burger/Drive-Thru experience is a major plus).
• You are a hands-on leader who loves the energy of a busy shift and isn't afraid to jump in wherever the team needs you.
• You are eager to learn the business side of the restaurant (P&Ls, labor modeling, etc.) to prepare for your future as a GM.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards for cleanliness, safety, and professional conduct.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Burger/Drive-Thru experience is a major plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor during peak hours, ensuring our drive-thru and front counter teams are hitting "Gold Standard" speed and accuracy.
• Assist in training and coaching a crew of 40+. You'll help develop Shift Leads and ensure every team member is performing at their best.
• Help manage inventory, labor schedules, and food safety protocols. You'll play a key role in keeping the store "audit-ready" at all times.
• Lead by example in guest service, quickly resolving issues and ensuring every customer has a great experience.
• Work with the GM to monitor costs and implement plans to improve store profitability.
