The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a key member of the restaurant leadership team responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations. The AGM helps ensure exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, operational excellence, and team development while upholding Lynora’s culture and standards. The AGM serves as a hands-on leader, helping manage both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations, coaching team members and managers, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring the restaurant consistently operates at a high level. In the absence of the General Manager, the AGM assumes leadership responsibility for the restaurant.
