About The Position
Superica, a Rocket Farm Restaurant, is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager for its South End location. The Assistant General Manager leads all aspects of restaurant operations in tandem with, or in the absence of, the General Manager. This role involves leading the team in an open, positive, and approachable manner, controlling restaurant seating, and overseeing menu changes to maximize revenue and maintain service standards. The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate guests’ needs and proactively ensure guest satisfaction. The Assistant General Manager fosters and encourages an educational environment by training and leading their team to success. Requirements
- 5-years of progressive restaurant experience preferred.
- Two years of restaurant management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations in tandem with, or in the absence of, the General Manager.
- Lead the team in an open, positive, and approachable manner.
- Control seating of the restaurant.
- Oversee menu changes to maximize revenue and maintain service standards.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and proactively and effectively ensure guests’ satisfaction.
- Foster and encourage an educational environment by training and leading the team to success.
