The MCR standard is to provide clean, friendly, well-organized and safe hotels for our guests. This role focuses on ensuring happy guests, spotless cleanliness, product consistency & quality, and teamwork. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for daily supervision, training new team members, shift management, assisting with check-in/check-out, fostering a positive culture, conducting room inspections, inventory management, onboarding support, time clock oversight, auditing, reporting, managing the purchase order process, invoice signoff, quality assurance, ensuring safety standards, escalating opportunities, overseeing preventative maintenance, and ensuring adherence to work schedules. This role may also be expected to cover open department head positions when necessary.
