This is not an “easy” role — it’s for someone who enjoys being challenged, leading from the front, and holding high standards. As an Assistant Manager, you are a key leader in the store. You’ll help run daily operations, develop your team, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of leadership experience in food service or high-volume retail
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to lead a team and stay composed under pressure
• Comfortable holding others accountable to standards
• Valid Food Handler/Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• Being on your feet for long periods
• Working late nights and weekends
• Leading a team in a high-expectation environment

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
• Coach and develop team members and shift leaders
• Enforce company standards, policies, and accountability
• Deliver fast, accurate service while maintaining quality
• Handle cash and ensure operational accuracy
• Set the tone for energy, urgency, and guest experience
