Requirements
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Mastery of the sales, customer service, and administrative skills required in the Member Service Representative position.
- CPR/AED Certification
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with all types of people
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in sales and management
Responsibilities
- Give tours and sell gym memberships and personal training
- Complete reports and assist in scheduling and promotions
- Serve as “manager on duty” for customer service needs
- Lead sales trainings and assist in team meetings and employee coaching
