We are looking for a motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team in Lac La Biche, AB. This role involves working closely with the General Manager to support day-to-day operations, lead and motivate the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Requirements

• 1+ year of casual dining experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for hospitality and guest service
• Open availability
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada
