About The Position
Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Happy Valley is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the largest team in the hotel, focusing on the Housekeeping department. This role is part of the Drury Hotels Operations Leadership team and involves providing expert leadership across all hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest service. The position emphasizes training, developing, and coaching team members to achieve success, delivering on key business metrics, and role-modeling quality assurance best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
- Hotel experience preferred
- Passion to serve others and exceed our guests’ expectations
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide expert leadership across all departments of the hotel taking the lead on providing exceptional guest service
