The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for ensuring all departments operate smoothly, driving revenue on the floor, and creating memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat visits. The AGM will assume full responsibility for the shift, team, and results when the General Manager (GM) is absent. This role requires a strong focus on hospitality, guest engagement, and maintaining high service standards across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events. The AGM will also be involved in hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling hourly staff, managing daily financials including cash handling, labor, COGS, and inventory, and executing company initiatives and promotions in collaboration with the GM. Visibility and active presence during peak shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are essential.
