About The Position

Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily operations, drive sales results, and lead a team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coaching people, solving problems, and building a winning store culture. As the AGM, you will be the heartbeat of store operations, supporting the General Manager, boosting performance, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.)
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages)
Clear communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
Comfortable working in enclosed or semi‑outdoor environments
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Responsibilities

Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment
Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures
Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking
Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members
Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services
Creating a positive guest experience & resolving concerns with professionalism
Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance
Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away
