The Assistant General Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring financial success, operational excellence, and team development of The Ridge Tavern. This position supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations while fostering a culture of accountability, hospitality, and performance. As the Assistant General Manager at The Ridge Tavern, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of tavern operations, including gaming, food and beverage service, team leadership, and financial performance. Your primary focus will be developing and mentoring the hourly team to ensure full understanding and execution of operational standards, policies, and procedures. You will lead by example, demonstrating service excellence, integrity, and professionalism. The Assistant General Manager is expected to drive sales growth in gaming, food, and beverage while maintaining cost-of-goods targets and operational efficiency. Proficiency in the Toast POS system is . You will oversee inventory controls, product levels, vendor relations, equipment functionality, building maintenance, and compliance with OSHA, Health District, Gaming, and local regulatory standards.
