About The Position

Superior Auto Inc., a leading privately held buy here, pay here automotive retailer with over 70 locations nationwide since 1975, is seeking a results-driven Assistant General Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dealership under the mentorship of an experienced General Manager. The Assistant General Manager will be the on-site leader responsible for daily operations, team development, inventory readiness, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily dealership operations, including sales, collections, and customer service.

  • Maintain operational compliance and execution standards.
