The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the General Manager (GM) in the daily operations of the retail store. This position ensures continuity of leadership and operational excellence by acting as the primary decision-maker for day to day store tasks in the GM’s absence. The AGM drives team performance to deliver on KPIs, upholds company SOPs and store standards, and delivers an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
