About The Position

Talk of the Town Restaurant Group has operated in Central Florida since 1974. Our restaurants, including Charley's Steak House, Vito's Chop House, Fishbones, and Texas Cattle Company, are dinner-only, full-service operations with a loyal guest base and standards we hold every night. We take hospitality seriously. We also genuinely enjoy the work, and we look for people who feel the same way. We are looking for a career hospitality professional. Someone who has chosen this industry, invested in it, and holds themselves to a consistent standard every service. You oversee all front-of-house operations during dinner service. You report directly to the operating partner and hold accountability for guest experience, team development, labor, and service execution. Our wine program runs approximately 500 labels. We will develop your knowledge and give you the tools to lead your team to sell with confidence. We will sharpen your skills and put you in an environment where the standard is clear. What you bring is the drive to hold it.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years as a Restaurant Manager or AGM at a full-service, table-service restaurant
  • Experience managing a team of 20 or more
  • Working knowledge of food and labor cost management
  • Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
