This role helps lead a team, ensures high-quality food and service, and maintains strong client and guest relationships while aligning operations with business goals, operational needs, and client expectations. Open availability is required to support a variable schedule.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 to 4 years of food service management experience
  • Experience in corporate dining, restaurants, hotels, healthcare, education, or similar environments
  • Strong knowledge of food service operations and quality standards
  • Experience with budgeting, purchasing, and cost controls
  • Solid business acumen and financial understanding
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily food service operations within budget guidelines
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of associates to ensure strong performance
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and presentation
  • Deliver a high-level guest experience by ensuring all interactions are professional, welcoming, and service-focused
  • Respond to guest feedback and concerns within 24 hours with effective resolutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal teams through clear and timely communication
  • Act as a hospitality ambassador, fostering a positive and service-driven environment
  • Support purchasing, inventory, and cost control processes
  • Monitor operational performance and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
