What it's like to be a Assistant General Counsel at Assistant General Counsel As the new Part-Time Assistant General Counsel at Farmers and Merchants Bank, you can expect a variety of responsibilities that will make each day dynamic and engaging. Your typical schedule will be from 8 am to noon, providing a structured four-hour workday to effectively balance your professional obligations with your personal life. Daily tasks will include reviewing and drafting legal documents, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and advising on risk management strategies. You will also engage in collaborative discussions with various departments to address legal concerns, while prioritizing problem-solving and integrity in your approach. As you acclimate to the role, you will be supported by experienced colleagues, who will provide guidance and insights into the unique challenges faced in the banking sector. Requirements
