About The Position

Pyxus International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant General Counsel – Securities and Corporate Governance. The AGC will report to the company's Chief Legal Officer and work closely with our Executive Team as well as our Finance, Treasury and Investor Relations teams to prepare SEC filings and provide in-depth counsel on issues concerning SEC compliance, governance matters, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, ESG reporting requirements and general corporate law. Additionally, you will advise and play an integral role in the company’s compliance program. This is a visible role in a fast-paced, professional and collaborative organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting regularly with executive management and a board of directors, as well as working across the company to advance strategic priorities.
