About The Position
If you love the smell of fresh earth, thrive in the great outdoors, and want to spend your time making a stunning property even more beautiful, we want to meet you! We are looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Gardener to partner with our Garden Manager. Together, you'll be the creative force maintaining and elevating our Club's premier landscaped grounds.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or with a team
- Ability to work early morning shifts and occasional weekends
- Must be 18 or older
Nice To Haves
- Horticulture degree or certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, pruning, watering, weeding, and garden maintenance
- Maintain garden tools and equipment
- Report any pest or plant health issues
