About The Position

A modern luxury oceanfront resort in Marathon with stunning views from every room, seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager dedicated to the PM Shift to support evening operations and act as a leader on duty during peak guest activity hours.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of front desk supervisory experience in hospitality (luxury resort preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management.
  • Strong customer service and problem -solving skills.
  • Proficiency with PMS and basic computer systems.
  • Availability strictly for PM shifts (evenings/nights), including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently as a leader on duty.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to luxury guest experiences.
  • Due to visa restrictions, at the moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada. The limitation to Mexican and Canadian nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a preference of the employer.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Front Desk Agents and guest services during the PM shift.
  • Ensure smooth check -ins, check -outs, and concierge -level service in the evenings.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee night audit preparation and evening operations.
  • Coach and support team members to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless handoffs and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor room status, billing, and security protocols during the shift.
