As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the guest experience at Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi, a new oceanfront destination overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Haʻupu Mountain. Located near Kalapaki Beach, Nawiliwili Harbor, and The Ocean Course at Hōkūala, this 210-room resort offers a unique opportunity to help launch a hotel that celebrates the spirit, culture, and natural beauty of Kauaʻi.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years front office or hospitality management experience
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Experience in supervising or managing full-service hotels
  • Full-time employment
  • Availability to work overnights, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Training experience is highly preferred
